Is the first consultation free, how long will it last?

Yes it is. Please call the shop on 01483 351300 and we will arrange a convenient time for you to come in. Our first meeting will last around 30mins to an hour.

What do I need to bring to the first consultation?

Bring any pictures, Pinterest boards, screen shots and fabric swatches. It is also helpful to have an idea of how many bouquets, buttonholes, table decorations etc that you will like. It doesn’t have to be exact at this moment in time, but it helps us plan.

Do I need to know my budget?

Yes, this is important. Flower budgets can vary enormously and this has an impact on what we can deliver. You need to have an idea of what you can or are willing to spend. Whatever your budget though, we will do our absolute best to fulfil your wedding flowers dream.

What happens after the consultation?

If you want us to, we will prepare a quote and email it to you. If you are happy with the quote and want to use Lovelace & Green for your wedding, then you need to pay a 10% deposit and we will put your wedding day into our diary. This deposit is non-refundable.

Can I change my mind about things?

As more wedding day decisions are made you may find that you want to make some changes to the initial brief. This isn’t a problem. We can work together and tweak things to make sure everything comes together.

When does the final payment have to be paid?

We will call you a month before your wedding day to finalise all the details and note down any last-minute changes. The full balance is due at this point too.
